easter phoTOES :)

before i start with the easter pictures i promised you, i figured i would give you a little background about all of them :)

first off, when i was loading them, for some reason the ones taken at the beginning of the day are all the way at the bottom. [and you know i'm not about to re-do all of this! so, just pretend their in a different order :]

so if you'd like to see our day in order, then i suggest you scroll up and start at the bottom ;]

we woke up around 8:30 and got ready for an amazing church service! and of course we matched [pink] as did every other couple there ;] after church we went straight to my parents house to have a yummy easter lunch [and also got eater baskets from my parents :) how SWEET is that? married and still getting candy? AND avon perfume, shower gel, lotion? heck yes.] with my parents, my sisters & kelley's fiance. [steaks, baked potatoes, shrimp..yummm!] then we all headed off to the nursing home to see my papa and my aunt kathy and my uncle johnny were there.

in case you can't tell, he looks a LOT different [mostly just a LOT skinnier] than the other pictures i have shown you. but other than that, and the fact that he can't walk anymore he is doing really good :) i wheeled him on outside and my mommy fed him some ice cream! he was lovin' it! it was in the eighties and SO beautiful outside. my papa has always loved it outside. [the picture with my sisters dress pulled up is NOT how she normally looks, ha! she was being silly.]

after we left there- me, hanna, michael & her friend lily took zeke and xoe to the park. everyone was out on the river or there with their families and dogs, so sweet! [there was also a LOT of mexicans there.. and this child just happened to be wandering around in her undies. so thank you little girl, for the jungle book themed phoTOE:)]

afterwards we went to osaka with hanna and lily and it was amazing!

we had an amazing first easter being married.

as you can see, not to be partial, but i think i'm in love with the most gorgeous man in the world. :]

happy 7 month anniversary to michael and me!

i cannot believe it's already been 7 months. where has the time gone? soon it'll be YEARS. this just all needs to pause and play in slow motion.

so in honor of our happy 7 months of marriage i'm going to name 7 things that make me love love love my precious husband.

1. how he kisses me the second his eyes open in the morning, even though most of the time i get mad because he wakes me up :]
2. how riding around in the car just talking isn't boring
3. how NO one could ever picture us together, and now that we're married- all we ever here is how perfect we are together.
4. how he stutters when he is "angry" or really nervous. [he is never angry]
5. how our styles are completely different.
6. how he is after God's own heart
7. how great he is in the... i mean at playing the guitar! :)

hahaha :]

so babe, i love you-more than you will ever know. and 7 months is only the beginning of forever! :)

it's just a fun little survey about some pretties.. makeup! i don't wear much make-up. thank you Jesus for blessing me with no acne problems [knock on wood, ha!] and dark complected skin. you'll never know how much i appreciate it! haha :)

i only wear mascara, eyeliner & eyeshadow.

once, sometimes two. i always wash it when i get in the shower with..

and it feels SO good and refreshing with those little beads!

nope.

do you have freckles?
NO. thank goodness, i only tan. some people look adorable with freckles. but me, i don't think that'd work out!

do you use eye cream?
nope, i'm not an old lady yet ;]

did you or do you have acne prone skin?
uhm, when i was in middle school [as if middle school isn't the most life changing years AS IS..] i didn't have a "problem" with it, but i know i would occasionally breakout around my hairline because of the oil in your hair and i have oily skin. but i don't currently have any issues! haha and i think a big reason is because i don't wear makeup on my face.

did you ever have to use proactiv?
those years i was just talking about, i used it then! :]

what foundation do you use?
i don't have to :) and i would feel like i had mud on my face if i put liquid makeup on every morning, ha! the times i did put anything on my face it was just bronzer and VERY little of it. i'm a big phobe when it comes to people's face being a different color than their neck. eeek!

do you use concealer?
sometimes i do under my eyes to wake them up a little bit! but if i do it's just a cheap CVS kind :)
do you know your undertone color?
i have NO idea what that is :]

what do you think of fake eyelashes?
my friend used them for her wedding and they looked gorgeous; very real-looking and FULL. and they stayed in for a LONG time. but i would never wear them for just no reason. i have extremely long eyelashes, which i LOVE!

yes! but my mascara does NOT last anywhere near that long.

brown. i wear brown alot :)

do you use pencil or liquid liner?
pencil! i tried liquid once, it didn't go over well. messy!

eeeeeek! there was so much more, but it was seriously getting so boring for me to write. so i hope you enjoyed half of a survey!

tonight i kept some rambunctious 2 & 3 year old with jessica at church, thenate and rode around with my mikey. tomorrow is a busy day ahead! i hope everyone has a safe, fun, and lovely easter! don't forget it's not just about the yumsy food or hunting eggs ;]

btw, i forgot to blog that yesterday was this hunks 93rd birthday! so here's to a man who is 93 years old and 10x cooler than i'll ever be! happy birthday papa!

FIRST first fridays of 2010

GOODmorning bloggers! gosh, it is WAY too early. it's nasty, rainy & stormy; ick. BUT today, i will be attending mrs. mcclures easter party with a bunch of other 70 year old ladies. :] ha! she's too sweet, i couldn't tell her no.

last night was FIRST FRIDAYS here in florence! i love first fridays. it's where everyone goes downtown, and people have booth's, shops, tables and restraunts open until about 9 o'clock and sale hand made stuff! anywhere from homemade bread [yummm], jewelry, tshirts, art, photography, anything they like to make, and sell it! and of course, you will receive a million pamplets about becoming a christian. one guy took it a little too far and spend his night on the corner, on a ladder, yelling if people don't change their "going to hell." well, yes.. that's very true- but that's also a great way to shut people off dontcha think? if i were to walk up to you and say "if you don't stop doing that you're going to hell!" and then i invited you to my church would you want to go? yeah, me neither.

anyways! here's some pictures of me and mikey from last night :] sadly, as much as i love the night life on first fridays, we didn't take any AT first fridays. BOO!

ONE The weather.
The weather was sunny and in the upper sixties all week, and in the low eighties yesterday! I love the sunshine.

TWOMoney.
We all got a bonus at work yesterday since we hit our biggest sales ever, so far! And of course I went out and blew it all but about $30 at Free People and Sassy & Classy Boutique :]

THREEMichael got off work on time everyday.
Not only that, but he sold enough cars to get through this rough patch at work! :) Thanks to favor with God and man, of course.

FOURWorking out and feeling accomplished.
On my way to achieving those goals!

FIVEAVON.
I sold a LOT more than I & the managers thought I was going to be able to sell in only 5 days. Thank you Jesus!
